Sara de Geyter

Sara De Geyter is an experienced professional currently serving as a Board Member at Phenomenal vzw since November 2022, focusing on supporting local craftsmanship and promoting healthy initiatives. Simultaneously, Sara holds two positions at Talent Lab as the Business Unit Manager for Talent Lab Skills and as Business Development Manager, with a mission to unlock potential. Prior experience includes being Head of Training and Development and Sales Manager at Promised BVBA, and Key Account Manager at SBM Training Coaching Advies, where responsibilities included client relationship management and tailored training proposals. Earlier in their career, Sara worked as a Senior Consultant at Randstad from April 2004 to August 2013, managing long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Sara holds a professional degree in Herbalism from Syntra West and a Bachelor's degree in Office Management from Arteveldehogeschool, along with a certification in Generative AI for Professionals from ESHAL Management School.
