Armando Roman

Armando Roman is currently the COO at Talent Inc. Prior to that, they were the General Manager and VP at Managed by Q from October 2014 to March 2017. Before that, Armando was the Head of Operations at 1stdibs.com from March 2013 to July 2014 where they oversaw strategic planning of all operational areas and provided direction to support aggressive domestic growth quotas and global expansion plans. Armando Roman also has experience with Quidsi Inc. where they were the Director of Special Operations from November 2009 to March 2013 and was responsible for overseeing end-to-end project activities, including ideation, planning, resource allocation, design of business logic and systems as well as negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.

Armando Roman has a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Universidad de Piura.
