Lizzie Pawsey PCC is an accomplished executive coach and consultant with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Founder and Director of The Light Room Consultancy since 2008, Lizzie has collaborated with numerous organizations to enhance leadership and team dynamics. In addition, Lizzie serves as an Associate Faculty member and Consultant Coach at the Academy of Executive Coaching and holds Associate Coach and Facilitator roles with multiple organizations, including BTS, TXG Ltd, Symbia, and People Untapped. Prior to establishing The Light Room Consultancy, Lizzie held various strategic and managerial positions in renowned companies such as Pernod Ricard, Allied Domecq, Britvic plc, and Diageo. Lizzie earned an MSc in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, alongside a CIPD certification from Edinburgh Napier University and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
