Chris Small

Chris Small serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Talogy, where a focus is placed on unifying over 750 experts across 22 countries to help over 10,000 organizations identify top talent through innovative psychological and technological solutions. With extensive experience in leadership roles, including Senior Vice President positions in Global Operations and International markets at Talogy, Chris has been instrumental in shaping and executing strategic objectives for global talent solutions. Previously, Chris held significant roles at PSI and PAN, driving international growth in assessment and technology services. Earlier career experiences include various leadership and consultative positions at Saville Consulting and as a Business Psychologist at Nigel Wright Consultancy. Chris holds a BSc in Psychology from Newcastle University and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Northumbria University.
