Brandon Minor

Brandon Minor has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of computer vision, robotics, and academia. Brandon is currently the Founder and CEO of Tangram Vision, a company building infrastructure for integrating and managing perception sensors. Prior to this, Brandon worked at Occipital, where they held the roles of Principal Manager for Robotics + Calibration and Computer Vision Engineer. At Occipital, they managed calibration products and developed partnerships with other computer vision and robotics companies. Additionally, Brandon worked as a PhD Candidate and TA at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they taught computer science classes and gave a guest lecture on their startup experience. Brandon also founded Replica Labs, a company focused on mobile 3D scanning, and worked as a Computer Vision Scientist. Brandon's academic experience includes being a PhD Student and RA at George Washington University, where they conducted research on autonomous path planning and computer vision. Brandon also worked as a Private Tutor at UniversityTutor.com and as a Physical Assistant at the Naval Research Laboratory, where they operated laser and optic systems. Furthermore, Brandon served as a House Scholar and Usher at George Washington University, acting as a resource and mentor to students and assisting with event coordination.

Brandon Minor has a strong educational background in the field of computer science and physics. From 2009 to 2013, they attended The George Washington University, where they obtained both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2014 to 2015, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science. Prior to their master's degree, Brandon also pursued a doctoral program in Artificial Intelligence at The George Washington University from 2013 to 2014.
