Shannon Rosales Mirani

Shannon Rosales Mirani serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Tanium since June 2020, leading the International HR Team and supporting the Chief Revenue Officer in the global go-to-market organization while reporting to the Chief People Officer. Prior experience includes roles at Target, where Shannon was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on HR strategies for a high-volume district and mentoring new HR Business Partners. Shannon also held leadership positions as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources, managing HR operations for multi-million dollar businesses and successfully opening the first store in San Francisco. Educational qualifications include an ongoing Chief Human Resources Officer Program at The Wharton School and an MBA from Ashford University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
