Job description

TV advertising has long relied on an outdated model that no longer meets modern advertiser needs. Recognizing it was time for a change, Tatari was founded in 2016 to help transform the antiquated world of TV advertising through the intelligent application of data science and proprietary technology. The unique combination of AI and machine learning with predictive analytics empowers advertisers of all sizes to build TV campaigns with unprecedented speed, accuracy, and transparency. As a result, Tatari has emerged as a leading platform for buying and measuring advertising across linear and streaming TV.

Unlike many startups, Tatari chose to bootstrap its operations rather than pursue traditional VC funding, adopting a cash-positive model that has kept the business profitable from day one. This approach has allowed Tatari to scale rapidly while maintaining its core values and focusing on delivering exceptional results for its rapidly growing client base. To help support these diverse brands spending anywhere between $50k and $50M+ per year on TV, as well as the ad agencies licensing our platform, Tatari has quickly grown from just a handful of engineers and data scientists into a thriving company with ~300 full-time employees across three offices.

Today, over 300 brands and agencies have successfully used its AI-powered media platform to plan and buy TV. By making TV campaigns accessible to advertisers of all sizes through automation and self-serve tools, Tatari is redefining the future of TV advertising.

Our executive team is comprised of previous founders and senior leaders at fast-rising startups with successful exits like Shazam, TrueCar, AdapTV, LKQD, LiveRail, and Remixation as well as larger, more established tech companies like Amazon, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and Yahoo. We purposefully focused on building out teams with whip-smart individuals who don’t always come from ad agencies—most of us are engineers and data scientists by training, and we’re focused on building technology that helps us operate leaner and faster—giving our clients a competitive edge. Are you ready to join us on our journey?
