Pierre Meunier is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in high-volume restaurant management. Currently serving as Senior General Manager at Tattu Restaurants since December 2021, Pierre oversees one of Birmingham's busiest luxury venues, managing approximately 100 employees and a capacity of nearly 170 covers. Previously, Pierre held the position of General Manager at AI Restaurant from September 2018 to November 2021, part of a Michelin-starred establishment owned by Chef Aktar Islam. Prior to this, Pierre was Assistant Maitre D' at Seabourn Cruise Line from June 2017 to July 2019. Pierre holds a Certificate in Hotel Management and Hospitality from Lycée Hôtelier Montaleau, earned between September 2012 and July 2015.
