Rick Smith has extensive work experience in the field of client services and customer engagement. Rick worked as the Vice President of Client Services at TBA Global from 2009 to present, where they played a crucial role in producing and marketing connective brand experiences for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to this, they served as the Senior National Manager of Customer Engagement at RJ Reynolds from 1985 to 2009.

Rick Smith attended Windham High School from 1978 to 1986, where they did not receive a degree or specialize in any field of study. Later, they enrolled at the University of Southern Maine from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications.
