Ratnesh Jha

Ratnesh Jha is an experienced professional in electrical maintenance and management, currently serving as the Assistant Maintenance Manager at TCPL Packaging since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ratnesh held the same title at Huhtamaki from October 2021 to January 2023, and was the Manager of Electrical Maintenance at Alok Masterbatches Ltd from April 2018 to September 2021. Ratnesh began career as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at KLJ Polymers & Chemicals Ltd Unit-2, where the focus was on machine breakdown response, preventive maintenance, SAP-related tasks, audits, and utility maintenance. Ratnesh earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MITS Bhopal between 2010 and 2014.
