Nita Pennardt

Nita Pennardt's work experience begins in 1997 as the Internal Audit Director for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. Nita then moves up within the company, taking on roles such as Vice President Cold Drink/Area Vice President and Vice President of Customer Development. In 2012, they start their own consulting firm called Nita Pennardt, LLC - Redhead Consulting, where they serve as a Member until 2015. During this time, they also work as a Managing Consultant for Spectrum Services, Inc. and as a Director of Success Management for Intradiem. Finally, in 2015, they become the Associate Director of People for Team Red, White & Blue.

Nita Pennardt obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Accounting from Rollins College. This educational achievement occurred from 1982 to 1983. In addition to their degree, Nita has pursued further certifications. Nita obtained the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in January 1991. Furthermore, they acquired the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in June 2023; however, their CPA status is currently inactive. Nita also holds a Level 2 Certified Coach certification from PaddleFit, although no specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification are provided.
