Laura Silva, Ph.D has extensive experience in program design, learning development, psychology, organizational behavior/development, and human development. Laura has held various roles at Team Rubicon, Los Angeles Pacific University, Independent Consultant, UC Irvine, University College - Azusa Pacific University, Adobe Systems, Disney Consumer Products, Azusa Pacific University, and Walt Disney Imagineering. Laura Silva, Ph.D has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in General Psychology: Integrating Technology, Learning & Psychology from Grand Canyon University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2018. Laura also has a Master of Arts (M.A) degree in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College, which they earned from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their academic degrees, they hold additional certifications, including a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and an Adobe Education Leader certification from Adobe. Laura is also an ACE Certified Health Coach, certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness). Laura obtained their ACE certification in August 2021.
