Malene Salbol

Malene Salbol is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success EMEA at TEAM Software by WorkWave since February 2021. Prior roles at TEAM Software include Head of Customer Success EMEA, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Malene held the position of Head of Implementations and Operations at TELELOG from April 2014 to August 2021, focusing on customer inquiries and software implementation. Earlier experience includes roles as a Support Consultant at Advanced Business Solutions, Support Technician and Finance Assistant at Telelog Ltd, and various positions in retail management and sales at Pandora and Intersport.
