Available has had a long and successful career in the dental industry, starting out as a Laboratory Production Manager and eventually becoming the Executive Director of Operations for National Dentex Corp. During their time with National Dentex Corp, Available oversaw the production of over 10 million in retail sales and led 5 locations in 3 states with over 100 team members. They also created a Professional Development Program for current and future managers, which helped to grow sales revenue by over 20%.

In January 2006, Available became the Chief Strategy Officer at Team Solutions Dental. In this role, they are responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution for the organization. They have also managed key projects and key accounts, including the acquisition, integration and service of the largest new client in the history of the region. Additionally, they have managed the successful integration of the two largest business units in the region, including a full facility renovation and build out. Thanks to their efforts, Team Solutions Dental has seen reduced internal costs and improved error rates throughout the organization.

Available's educational career includes attending McQuaid Jesuit High School, receiving certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in Six Sigma Lean Black Belt professional Certified (LBBPC), receiving certification from The Dawson Academy in Dawson Academy Alumnus, and receiving certification from the National Board of Certification in Certified Dental Technician (CDT).

They work with Available - Chief Operating Officer, Available - Chief Financial Officer, and Available - Chief Human Resources Officer. Available reports to Jason DeFranco, President and CEO. A direct report to Available is and Vacant - Director of Strategic Systems.
