Tom Buontempo

Tom Buontempo is an experienced marketing executive currently serving as Chief Growth Officer and Head of Content at TEAM Enterprises, overseeing strategy, experience design, digital initiatives, and analytics since February 2020. As the founder and CEO of Tempo Enterprises, Tom partners with brands and startups for digital transformation. Previously, Tom held the position of President at ATTENTION GLOBAL, where their tenure involved stabilizing and evolving the agency and launching innovative sub-brands. With a significant background at kirshenbaum bond senecal + partners, Momentum Worldwide, and other organizations, Tom has developed expertise in content strategy, digital engagement, and brand activation. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Sport Event Hospitality Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
