Vikas Saxena

Vikas Saxena is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at Tech Mahindra since July 2013, Vikas previously held positions such as Advisor for Specific Sector Project, Chief Counsel and Executive Director at Beekman Helix India Consulting Private Limited, and General Counsel & Company Secretary for DLF Limited. Vikas also has a wealth of experience from Indiabulls as Deputy Chief Legal Officer, where the legal function for the Group was managed, and from Perot Systems as Assistant General Counsel & Company Secretary. Earlier in the career, Vikas gained experience at American Express and PepsiCo. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Laws from Delhi University, along with qualifications from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University.
