Tobias Preusser

Tobias Preusser serves as the General Manager at TechsoMed GmbH since September 2022 and has held a position as a Full Professor for Mathematical Modeling of Medical Processes at Jacobs University Bremen since January 2009, previously as an Associate Professor. From 2009 to March 2023, Tobias was the Deputy Institute Director and Head of Modeling and Simulation at Fraunhofer MEVIS, and a member of the management board. Prior academic roles include visiting assistant professor at the University of Bremen and research assistant positions at the University of Duisburg-Essen and The University of Bonn. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Mathematics from The University of Bonn and participation at New York University. Early career experience includes roles as a student software engineer and student assistant at various institutions.
