Rossella Venezia is the owner and author of Vaniglia, storie di cucina. Rossella is also a photographer, writer, recipe developer, and food stylist for multiple companies. Additionally, Rossella has experience as a freelance architect and previously worked as a Responsabile Progetti at WWF Ricerche e Progetti Srl. Rossella holds a Master's degree in ecology del paesaggio and a Laurea in Architettura.
