Anthony (Tony) Muslin

Anthony (Tony) Muslin has a long and distinguished career in the medical field. Anthony (Tony) began their career in 1984 as a Resident in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital. In 1987, they moved to the University of California, San Francisco, where they served as an Assistant Adjunct Professor of Medicine and a Cardiology Fellow until 1989. From 1989 until 1992, they were a research cardiology fellow in the laboratory of Lewis T. (Rusty) Williams. In 1994, they began their tenure at Washington University School of Medicine, where they served as Director of the Center for Cardiovascular Research, Oliver M. Langenberg Distinguished Professor of the Science and Practice of Medicine, and Professor of Medicine, Cell Biology and Physiology. In 2010, they moved to Novartis, where they held the role of Executive Director, Head of Cardiovascular and Metabolism Research. In 2014, they joined Sanofi, where they served as Vice President, Head of Diabetes and Cardiovascular Therapeutic Area and Vice President, Head of Cardiovascular and Fibrosis Therapeutic Area. In 2020, they joined Tectonic Therapeutic, Inc. as Chief Development Officer.

Anthony (Tony) Muslin began their educational journey at Evanston Township High School (ETHS) from 1972 to 1976. Anthony (Tony) then attended Yale University from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Anthony (Tony) went on to pursue a medical degree at Harvard Medical School from 1980 to 1984, graduating with a Doctor of Medicine degree.
