Joyce Batka is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and HR technology, currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition Systems at Teleperformance since December 2021. Joyce leads complex projects, notably the Workday implementation in Talent Acquisition, partnering with global teams to enhance cross-functional efficiencies. Prior to this role, Joyce managed HR technology and operations at Sunrise Senior Living, overseeing compliance audits and successfully implementing multiple HR systems, resulting in significant tax credits.
