Larry Goodman

Larry Goodman has a diverse work experience history. Larry has held various roles at different companies in the media and technology industry. Larry started their career at Sony Picture Studios in 1989, where they worked their way up to become the Director of Sound & Video Operations-Post Production Facilities. Larry was responsible for managing a staff of 35 and overseeing scheduling, staffing, and technical operations. Larry also had a managerial role in video and sound transfer during their time at Sony Picture Studios.

In 2004, Larry joined Technicolor as the Director of Facilities for Sound Services, where they worked until 2007. Larry then moved on to work as an Independent Contractor Subject Matter Expert at Strategic Vision Consulting, where they developed migration plans for Xytech customizations.

From 2007 to 2013, Larry worked at Xytech Systems as a Senior Account Manager. Their responsibilities included developing business from new and existing customers by discussing broadcasting, post-production, and digital supply chain workflows. Larry also collaborated with product development, professional services, and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.

During the same period, Larry also had a brief role as the General Manager/VP of Operations at Buzztone, where they directed the policies and procedures for all aspects of the organization's operations, while also focusing on achieving financial and operational goals.

In 2013, Larry joined Telestream as the Regional Sales Manager for the Western Region. Their role there included managing sales, dealers, and system integrators in the Western Region of the United States. Larry also worked closely with the Western Region Sales Engineer(s) to determine the appropriate products and techniques for customers in the broadcast, production, business, and education markets. Eventually, they were promoted to Director of Sales for the Western US and Canada, and later became the VP of Sales.

Larry Goodman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, as well as an Associate of Science degree in Audio Technology. Larry also attended Shaker Heights High School.
