Eloise Delaney's work experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Telethon Kids Institute starting in April 2023. Eloise Delaney's education history begins in 2014 when they attended John Curtin College of the Arts and earned their WACE degree. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at The University of Western Australia in 2019 and pursued a degree in Biomedical Science, focusing on Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, as well as Physiology. During their time at the university in 2019, they also participated in a Public Health Study Tour at The Australian Consortium for 'In-Country' Indonesian Studies.

Eloise continued their education at The University of Western Australia in 2021, where they completed an Honours degree in Medical Research with a specialization in Oncology and Cancer Biology. Currently, they are attending The University of Notre Dame Australia, pursuing a Master's degree in Bioethics/Medical Ethics.
