Rich Down

Rich Down has over a decade of experience in the technology and security sectors, currently serving as Strategy Manager at TELUS since July 2013, with previous roles including Quality Assurance Manager and Team Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Representative and Installation Technician at ADT, where Rich focused on selling and installing security systems for residential and small business clients. Additionally, Rich operated a self-employed data, voice, and security installation business from July 2006 to April 2011. Rich holds an education from Mohawk College, completed in April 2002.
