Nicole C. Reza

Nicole C. Reza has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nicole C. currently holds the role of Regional Director of Talent Acquisition for Western Markets at Tenet Healthcare, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at HCA Healthcare as Director of Talent Acquisition from May 2017 to March 2023. At HCA Mountain Division, they were promoted to Recruitment Manager in November 2014, where they led a team responsible for hiring and developing new staff.
