Marek Gajewski

Marek Gajewski is an experienced IT compliance and project management professional with a robust background in cybersecurity and information security. Currently serving as a Senior IT Compliance Manager at Tenneco Inc. since October 2022, Marek previously held various key roles at Procter & Gamble, including Information Security Compliance Senior Manager and Information Security Training and Awareness Manager. Notably, Marek contributed to cybersecurity initiatives at Santander Bank Polska as an Information Security Project Manager, as well as managing IT projects across Santander Group. Earlier roles included project management and team leadership positions at Geoban SA, with a strong emphasis on process automation, SLA compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Marek holds a master's degree in banking and corporate law and finance from the University of Gdansk.
