Francis Soyer

Francis Soyer has extensive experience in the sports industry, particularly in the field of tennis. Francis has held various roles at Tennis Australia, including Manager of Tournament Operations, Tournament Director for the Australian Open Junior Championships, Tournament & Events Manager for the UTR Pro Tennis Series Australia, and Tournament Development Manager. Francis has also worked at Hobart International as an Assistant Tournament Director. Francis'sachievements include improving the attendance of junior players at the Australian Open Junior Championships and implementing strategic plans for tournament restructuring. Additionally, they have experience in club relationships and member services. More recently, Francis has joined the AFL as a Match Day Manager.

Francis Soyer completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Melbourne Business School from 2013 to 2015. Francis also earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with a focus on Sports Management & Marketing from Deakin University between 1999 and 2001. Prior to their higher education, Francis attended Xavier College from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to leadership and management through LinkedIn in 2020.
