Francis Soyer has extensive experience in the sports industry, particularly in the field of tennis. Francis has held various roles at Tennis Australia, including Manager of Tournament Operations, Tournament Director for the Australian Open Junior Championships, Tournament & Events Manager for the UTR Pro Tennis Series Australia, and Tournament Development Manager. Francis has also worked at Hobart International as an Assistant Tournament Director. Francis'sachievements include improving the attendance of junior players at the Australian Open Junior Championships and implementing strategic plans for tournament restructuring. Additionally, they have experience in club relationships and member services. More recently, Francis has joined the AFL as a Match Day Manager.
