Viraj Mehta

Viraj Mehta is a Co-Founder and CTO at TensorZero since January 2024. Previously, Viraj held fellowship positions at Capital and KKR & Co. Inc., where contributions included establishing the Alternative Data and Analytics Team, focusing on alternative datasets, machine learning, and investment strategies. Viraj worked as a researcher at the Stanford University Vision and Learning Lab from January 2017 to February 2018, specializing in robot learning and 3D reconstruction, with publications in notable conferences. Earlier experiences include a software engineering internship at Google, assisting in teaching a Negotiation course at Stanford, and internships at Visa and Cisco. Viraj holds a PhD in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University (2019-2023), a Master's in Computer Science from Stanford University (2016-2018), and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Stanford University (2014-2018).
