Simon Aldous

Simon Aldous is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Senior Vice President of Cloud and Data Management Operations at Teradata since August 2020. Previously, Simon held the position of Vice President of Cloud Operations and Engineering at Sitecore from January 2018 to July 2020, and served as Vice President of Cloud Automation at Oracle from December 2012 to January 2018. Simon’s career includes roles such as Enterprise Service Management Consultant at RBS and Vice President at Barclays Capital, where responsibilities included leading Capacity and Enterprise Management. Earlier positions include Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch, focusing on Systems Management across EMEA, and Senior ESM Consultant at IBM (Tivoli). Simon Aldous holds an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Kent and a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Business Finance from Brunel University of London.
