Alireza Hassani Najafabadi is a Terasaki Fellow at the Terasaki Institute for Biomedical Innovation since September 2021, with extensive research experience in biomedical engineering and pharmaceutical sciences. Previously, Alireza served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at The University of Connecticut Health Center, focusing on angiogenic PRG-4 microneedle array patch development for wound healing. Alireza's doctoral research at the University of Michigan involved the development of nanodiscs for immunotherapy and cancer treatment, alongside collaborations with industry partners. Additionally, Alireza has held research roles at Harvard University and Aburaihan Pharmaceutical Co., specializing in biodegradable devices and nanoparticle drug delivery systems. Alireza's academic background includes two PhDs in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Applied Chemistry, complemented by a Master's degree in Biopolymer and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Chemistry.
