Catalin Dumitru

Catalin Dumitru has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Catalin currently serves as the Director of Operations at TERMA Group starting from March 2023. Before that, they worked at Atos Convergence Creators and Atos as the Delivery Head Space & Avionics from January 2018 to March 2023, and as a Senior Project Manager from January 2018 to March 2023, respectively. Prior to these roles, Catalin held various positions at Siemens Convergence Creators from October 2003 to December 2017, including Project Manager/Team Leader, Senior Tester/Business Integration Manager/Test Manager for AtoS, and Intelligent Networks Test Engineer/Test Manager/Project Manager. Catalin also briefly worked as a Freelance Software Developer in 2003 and as a Software Developer at Vision-Systems from 2001 to 2003. Catalin started their career as an intern at Pathos Software in 2001.

Catalin Dumitru holds a Master of Science degree in Information and Communication Systems & Technology from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2003, they completed their undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the same university. In 1994, they attended Dan Barbilian, where they focused on Informatics, although the degree obtained is unspecified. Additionally, Catalin Dumitru possesses several certifications, including "Atos: Leading in the Digital Age (LIDA) - Completion Badge" from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, obtained in 2021, "Certified Project Manager" from IPMA: International Project Management Association, obtained in August 2020, "Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)" from Scrum Alliance, obtained in September 2011, "Certified Test Manager" from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, obtained in 2011, and "Change Management Practitioner" from APMG International, obtained in March 2018.
