Rich Howarth

Rich Howarth serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Terminus since October 2022, leading a data platform that enhances revenue growth for sales and marketing teams. Previously, Rich held key leadership roles at Broadcom Inc., overseeing the Agile & Business Management Segment, and at CA Technologies as Senior Vice President of Engineering, focusing on transforming software development practices. For over two decades at IBM, Rich led various engineering and strategic roles, including Vice President of Engineering for IBM Watson, where contributions included advancing AI and analytics platforms. Rich holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
