Francisco Ramos

Francisco Ramos has a significant amount of experience in the hospitality industry. Francisco most recently worked as the Regional Director of Operations Black Sea hotels at Terra Tour Service Ltd., starting in April 2023. Prior to this, Francisco held the position of Hotel General Manager at Michelangelo Hotel and Resorts from April 2014 to June 2023. During their time there, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of three luxury hotels, managing a team of 300 employees, and generating 18 million Euros in revenue.

Before joining Michelangelo Hotel and Resorts, Francisco was employed by Meliá Hotels International. From January 2008 to January 2014, they served as a Hotel General Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of hotel operations and sales. Additionally, Francisco served as the Director of Hotel Openings International from January 2004 to December 2007, overseeing the construction and hiring of General Managers for new hotel properties. Francisco Ramos pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 1977 to 1990, they attended Colegio San Patricio and completed their studies in EGB-BUP y COU. Following this, they enrolled at Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 1990 to 1995, where they pursued a Licenciatura in Empresariales. In 1996 and 1997, Francisco attended Glion Institute of Higher Education to obtain a Diploma in Dirección Hotelera, with a focus on Hosteleria.
