Artem Aleshin

Artem Aleshin is a Senior Engineer at TerraPower since May 2021, focusing on nuclear fuel design development and analysis, including projects that integrate additive manufacturing into the nuclear sector and the development of advanced fuel rod cladding. Prior to this role, Artem Aleshin served as a Lead Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer at GE Healthcare from July 2019 to April 2021, and as a Senior Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Company from August 2016 to June 2019. Artem Aleshin began academic work as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina from May 2014 to May 2016, concentrating on the mechanical behavior of composite and viscoelastic materials. Artem Aleshin holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of South Carolina.
