P.eng. Darren Love

Darren Love, P.Eng., is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Director and previously as Mechanical Engineering Manager and Mechanical Engineer at Terrestrial Energy since January 2021, Darren has led innovative projects, including a multi-axis motion-controlled robotic inspection system for large pressure vessels at CIA Inspection Inc. from March 2013 to 2020. Earlier roles include Jr. Launch Engineer at Cooper Standard, Process Engineer at Dongara Pellet Plant, Compliance Coordinator at Christie Digital Systems, and Co-op Student at SatCon Power Systems. Darren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Honours Mechanical Engineering with a Management Sciences Option from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2012.
