Yevgeniya Yusova is a Senior UX Researcher at Wheely since July 2021, where strategic and tactical research for a chauffeur app is planned and launched in collaboration with various stakeholders. Yevgeniya has also been a lecturer at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology since January 2021, introducing the first Smart City course for a Russian-speaking audience. Concurrently, Yevgeniya serves as an Online Course Co-author at Innopolis University, focusing on Smart City initiatives for policymakers. Previous roles include Lead UX Researcher at Norilsk Nickel, where a smart city platform was developed, and UX Researcher positions at various organizations, contributing significantly to urban planning and digital service design. Yevgeniya holds a Master of Science from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the Higher School of Economics.
