Luca Manunza

While studying Computer Science at the University of Cagliari, where he got his university degree in 1992, Luca Manunza started working as an analyst and software developer for Progetta s.r.l., a software house in Cagliari. In 1994 he joined CRS4 (Center for Advanced Studies, Research and Development in Sardinia), Cagliari, as a Researcher and Software Developer. In this context he designed and developed the WebMail, a project that he followed in the following years for several Italian companies, including Video On Line and Telecom Italia. In 1999 he joined Tiscali, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in the IT field. Until 2008 he was responsible for the development of Internet services, coordinating a large group of web developers. Subsequently, from 2008 to 2017 he was responsible for the creation and technical evolution of the Tiscali portal, sales windows and user support pages; in the same years he has also coordinated the development of high-tech services, including Streamago and Streamago Social streaming services, messaging and VoIP “indoona” and the Istella search engine. From 2017 to May 2019 he was VAS Development Manager, while he currently holds the position of IT Governance Manager.
