Heidi Wik

Heidi Wik is currently the CEO at Tessin. Prior to this, they were the Director of Banking at FOREX Bank from February 2018 to June 2021. Before that, they were a Project Manager at Ålandsbanken Abp from September 2010 to April 2011. Heidi also worked as a Mediator at The Åland Islands Peace Institute from May 2008 to August 2011.

Heidi has extensive experience in the banking and financial industry. Heidi is responsible for the business area "Banking" with approx. 70 employees and 10 managers including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Analytics, Customer Services, Back office, Product & Process development (Accounts, Cards, Loans, Payments and related services) IT, Architecture, IT Development, IT provider governance.

Heidi is a member of FOREX Bank management team and has profit and loss responsibility.

Heidi Wik has a M.Sc. in Economics, Business Law from Åbo Akademi University. Heidi also has a degree in English, Finnish and French language studies from the University of Vaasa. Heidi has a Studentexamen from Topeliusgymnasiet i Nykarleby.
