Prior to this role, Nick Beer worked as a Product Marketing Engineer at Schlumberger Technologies ATE Division from June 1985 to June 1989, providing support for the introduction of automatic test products and services to major organizations in the defense and commercial sectors. Educational credentials include studies at Cranfield University and an HND in Electronic Engineering from Brighton Polytechnic.
