Prior to this, Paolo held leadership roles at Bayer, EY, The HEINEKEN Company, and Procter & Gamble, where Paolo led various large-scale operational excellence projects across Europe. With a background in industrial engineering, Paolo has a wealth of experience in manufacturing, distribution, and planning, driving significant savings and performance improvements throughout their career.
