Jo Ann Baker

Currently, Jo Ann Baker is Senior Vice President of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers. She was hired in 1991 when the organization was the North Texas Oil & Gas Association, and has worked in various positions within the association. She was promoted to Vice President in 2006, and promoted to Senior Vice President in 2018.

Jo Ann manages all events and meetings hosted by the Alliance. As the marketing director for the association, Jo Ann is in charge of the graphic design of all printed material including meeting brochures, membership promotions, and special projects. She also designs and edits the association’s monthly newsletter, NewsLine and the digital newsletter, Eyes on the Alliance.

The Texas Alliance of Energy Producers Board of Directors elected Jo Ann to Corporate Secretary in November of 2018.

Jo Ann graduated in 1979 from Midwestern State University with a B.A. in Journalism.
