William Lowe

William Lowe has an extensive work history in the banking industry. William is currently the Chairman, President, and CEO of Harmony Bank since May 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Texas Brand Bank, including President & CEO from October 2020 to April 2023, President from November 2012 to October 2020, and Executive Vice President from April 2008 to October 2012. Before joining Texas Brand Bank, William worked at UMT Holdings, LP as a Partner from July 2003 to March 2008. William also served as the President of Capital Reserve Corporation, the largest residential hard money lender in Texas, from January 1998 to June 2003, before it merged with UMT Holdings, LP. William's early banking experience includes being a Senior Vice President at Abrams Centre National Bank from March 1984 to December 1997.

William Lowe earned a Diploma in banking from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking from 1981 to 1983. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas, where they studied from 1976 to 1978. Additionally, they were certified as a Lender - Business Banking by the Institute of Certified Bankers in January 1995.
