Aimee Williams-Ramey

Aimee Williams-Ramey currently serves as the Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc., since May 2024. Prior to this role, Aimee was an Executive Advisor, Attorney, and Consultant, providing strategic and legal counsel for various public and private entities. Aimee's previous experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, where advisory duties extended to the CEO and Board of Directors. Aimee has also held prominent positions at Sabre Corporation, including General Counsel, and at FINRA as Regional Chief Counsel. Aimee’s legal career started at Baker Botts and includes judicial clerkships at the United States Court of Appeals and the United States District Court. Aimee holds a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law, a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma, and completed the FINRA Executive Leadership Development Program at The Wharton School.
