Sarah Jones

Sarah Jones, MBA, CSCP, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT field. Sarah started their career at Cardinal Aluminum as an Assistant Network Administrator, where they managed LAN/WAN installation and provided support for over 100 local and 50 off-site employees. Sarah then moved on to Marsh & McLennan Companies as a Global Service Desk Manager, overseeing IT support operations. Following that, they joined Humana as an IT Manager, responsible for managing IT functions. Sarah's most recent position is with Texas Roadhouse, where they have served as a Senior Director of Systems Support & Data and Analytics. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Store Support, leading teams responsible for software and hardware deployments, back-office software administration, and critical problem management. Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills, making their a valuable asset in the IT industry.

Sarah Jones holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Managing Information Technology from Sullivan University, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Computer Science from Bellarmine University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. In terms of certifications, Sarah is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and a Certified in Planning and Inventory Management. Sarah also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in May 2010.
