Muthu Kumar

Muthu Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Muthu is currently working at Texmo Industries as the Head of Manufacturing Operations since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Sr. Manager of Industrial Engineering at Texmo Industries from February 2020 to September 2023. Before joining Texmo Industries, Muthu worked at Flex as a Business Excellence Manager from November 2018 to February 2020. Muthu also has experience in the agricultural sector, having worked at TAFE - Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited. Muthu held various roles at TAFE, including Manager of the Continuous Improvement team from April 2017 to November 2018, Dy. Manager of the Continuous Improvement team from April 2013 to March 2017, and Assistant Manager of the Continuous Improvement team from April 2011 to March 2013. Muthu's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Executive at WS Industries from August 2008 to March 2011, and as a Management Trainee at Motherson Sumi from June 2006 to August 2008.

Muthu Kumar completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Sethu Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Management, specializing in World Class Manufacturing, from Thiyagarajar School of Management between 2004 and 2006.
