Jeni Bailey, MBA has a strong background in the food service industry with experience in various leadership roles. Jeni started their career at KFC as a Director of Operations, where they successfully led the operations of 130 company-owned stores in the Chicago and Indianapolis region. Jeni then joined McDonald's Corporation as a Director of Operations, overseeing 250 company-owned and franchise stores in the Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Tucson markets. After that, they worked at Jack in the Box as a Regional Vice President, where they had full accountability for operating restaurants in the Southwest region. Jeni also held leadership positions at Red Lobster as a Senior Vice President, overseeing 96 casual dining restaurants in 11 Midwest states, and at Chili's as a Regional Vice President, responsible for the full P&L of 200+ casual dining restaurants in the Central/Southwest region. Jeni then joined Sodexo as a District Manager, where they had P&L accountability for 18 food service units in Dallas and Oklahoma markets. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at TGI Fridays, where they directly manage the corporate special venue restaurants, including DFW Airport and the Milwaukee and Phoenix ballparks. Throughout their career, Jeni has consistently delivered on sales and profit goals, implemented cost-saving initiatives, and developed strategic business plans.

Jeni Bailey, MBA, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. Jeni further pursued their education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
