Karla Silverman serves as the Associate Director of Complex Care Delivery at the Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc., leading the Advancing Integrated Models initiative, which focuses on developing person-centered, trauma-informed healthcare delivery models in collaboration with Medicaid MCOs.
