Erin Hong

Erin Hong is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Manager at The Aerospace Corporation, overseeing the Control Sensors and Actuators Section since August 2018. Previous positions include roles as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, Member of Technical Staff, and Associate Member of Technical Staff at California State University, Northridge, where Erin conducted research on automated robots for nondestructive testing applications. Internship experiences include vibration test engineering at Northrop Grumman and system testbed engineering at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Erin holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Linguistics from UCLA, complemented by various research and assistant roles in academic settings.
