Zeve Akerling

Zeve Akerling is an experienced Engineering Specialist at The Aerospace Corporation, with a career spanning over a decade in various engineering roles. Prior to this position, Akerling volunteered as an Itinerant Engineer at the Technology Community Center, contributing to embedded programming projects and UAV autopilot software. Akerling's earlier experience includes a research internship at Northrop Grumman Corporation, focusing on computational chemistry simulation and mechanical analysis, as well as a research internship at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, concentrating on superconducting materials. Akerling holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of Southern California and a double major Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Chemistry from UCLA.
