Arathi Rajan

Arathi Rajan has over a decade of experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits at TAPF since October 2011, Arathi previously held the position of Manager - HR at Enventure Technology Services India Pvt Ltd. from July 2010 to October 2011, overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, training, career planning, and employee benefits. Arathi's earlier roles include Assistant Manager HR at DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd., where Arathi contributed from April 2008 to June 2010 and from 2004 to 2005. Arathi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology from Maharani Lakshmi Ammani College for Women and completed earlier education at Vidhya Vardhaka Sangha High School, Vidhya Vardhaka Sangha Junior College for Women, and St. Thomas School.
