Ed Rudisell

Ed Rudisell is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in restaurant management and ownership. Currently serving as Co-Owner of The Inferno Room since September 2018, Ed also hosts the Shift Drink Podcast, an interview show focused on notable figures in the industry.
